We construct asphalt pavement for local, state, and federal roadways, subdivisions, parking lots, and private driveways. Over the last 20 years we have paved the main road to the Smokies from I-40 exit 407 to Gatlinburg and through the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our private paving jobs include several large parking lots for commercial developments, the Governor’s Crossing development and the Five Oaks/Tanger Outlet Malls.

We have the experience and expertise to handle any earth moving job. Our resume of large development projects includes the Turkey Creek Development in Knoxville (shown at right), Governor’s Crossing in Sevierville, the Dumplin Creek project currently underway in Kodak, and many other private and commercial ventures throughout East Tennessee.

Of course, we offer more than just paving and earth moving. Our company specializes in constructing all elements of site development projects, as was done at the Tennessee Smokies Baseball Stadium (shown at left). On that project we excavated rock and dirt for the entire site, installed storm drainage, provided asphalt paving for parking lots, and constructed Line Drive, the access road to the stadium.

Our rock excavation and bridge construction capabilities have been demonstrated in several TDOT projects. Notable projects include the Carthage By-Pass in Smith County, several sections of the Pellissippi Parkway in Knox County, sections of Route 441 in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park at Newfound Gap, the restoration of the Holston River Bridge in Knox County, and the construction of Veterans Boulevard and the Ultra-Flow traffic pattern in Sevier County. We have completed numerous multi-million dollar highway projects, including the $65 million widening of I-40 through West Knoxville..
