Blalock Ready Mix is the largest supplier of ready-mixed concrete in the Sevier County area. We have 4 stationary concrete plants in Sevier County, allowing our company to deliver ready-mix concrete to our customers efficiently. We also have one portable plant that can be installed on larger jobs to better meet our customers’ volume demands

In addition, we can provide dumpster rentals and many other building supplies, such as concrete & shalite blocks, lintels, septic tanks, Redi-Rock, and Nu-Dura insulated concrete forms. We also provide crane rental services, concrete pumping, and stone/soil spreading.

Blalock Lumber Company provides general contracting needs, ranging from driveway and septic tank installations to site development and subdivision construction.

Our original concrete plant, located in Sevierville, was opened in the early 1960’s and has been updated to meet both environmental regulations and our customers’ volume needs. Our concrete block, Redi-Rock, Nu-Dura, and septic tank sales are also located at this plant.

At right is our second concrete plant opened in the mid 1990’s to better meet our customers needs in the Kodak and Seymour areas. This plant is located near I-40 exit 407 on Boyds Creek Road.

Our third concrete plant was purchased in 1999 to service two projects, the Williams Travel Center and the Old Dominion Freight Lines Truck Terminal, located at Exit 4 on I-81 in White Pine, TN. This portable plant is potentially available for large site projects to serve our customer’s large volume needs. In 2000 and 2001 it provided all the concrete needed for Dollywood's Splash Country.

Our two newest plants are located on Birds Creek Road and Ridge Road (under construction). Both plants offer state-of-the-art environmental and batching controls and high-speed loading to meet the toughest job specifications.

We are the only provider of front discharge concrete mixers in the Sevier County area. All of our front discharge mixers are six-wheel drive, allowing Blalock Ready Mix to deliver concrete where our competition cannot go.

We have a modern fleet of Schwing concrete boom pumps, ranging in size from 34 meters to 45 meters. All of our pumps are subjected to rigorous manufacturer inspections to ensure performance and safety. We also offer a portable placement boom attachment to further extend the reach of any pump on indoor pours and large slabs.

Our crane rental department is well-equipped for all of your lifting needs. Blalock Ready Mix offers cranes with lift capacities from 40 to 100 tons. Our skilled staff can visit any site to help you determine what equipment best suits you and help you coordinate all aspects of your lift.

If you need to place rock, sand, or topsoil in a difficult area, Blalock Ready Mix has the solution. Our spreader truck can place material on grades up to 90 feet away using a high-speed conveyor system.
